*Providing advice and guidance on legal and regulatory matters relating to the firm’s retail and annuity-dedicated mutual funds; assisting with fund board and committee meetings, including drafting and presenting proposals and reports to the board; preparing and/or reviewing regulatory filings, including registration statements on Form N-1A and proxy statements on Form N-14; and drafting compliance policies and procedures in response to new rules adopted by the SEC. *Advising on the development of new funds and other investment products and initiatives. *Handling legal and regulatory matters relating to the firm’s registration and activities as an investment adviser and commodity pool operator; provide support on brokerage committee matters. $200,000 to $220,000
